By using studiolab.au you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. In these terms, “Studio Lab”, “we” and “us” mean the Perth-based business that operates this website and the VTN and Lobby Bobby products described on it.

Everything on this website is provided for general information about our products and our network. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract, and nothing here creates a binding commitment on either side.

Figures we publish — network size, guest reach, pricing indications, calculator outputs and similar — describe our network as we understand it and are indicative only. Actual coverage, results and commercial terms for any engagement are set out in the written agreement signed between Studio Lab and the hotel, advertiser or partner concerned. Where those documents differ from this website, those documents apply.

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of anything harmful, and we do not warrant that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

We may change, suspend, move or withdraw any part of this website — including any page, product description or demonstration — at any time and without notice.

The design, text, video, imagery, software and layout of this website, together with the Studio Lab, VTN and Lobby Bobby names and logos, are owned by Studio Lab or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate working with us.

You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt, resell, frame or systematically extract any part of this website without our written permission.

Hotel, tourism operator, partner and accreditation logos shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners. They are displayed to identify participants in and supporters of our network, and their appearance does not transfer any right in those marks to you.

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that damages, disables or overburdens it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its server, or any connected system.
• Submit false, misleading, abusive or automated enquiries through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download content from the website by automated means.

We apply rate limiting and anti-spam measures to our forms, and we may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

This website links to third-party websites and embeds third-party content. In particular, the Lobby Bobby page embeds a live, interactive demonstration of the Lobby Bobby product that loads from a separate application, and our tourism content links out to operators, venues and destination sites.

Those destinations are not under our control. We provide them because they are useful, not as an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information. When you leave this website, the terms and privacy policy of the site you arrive at apply.

When you submit an enquiry form, you confirm the details you give are your own or that you are authorised to provide them, and that they are accurate. We use those details to respond to you.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Lab is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from the website being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and Studio Lab submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the courts that hear appeals from them.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the website.
